Position Requirements:
Previous experience as CEO or general manager
of a bead company, with full P&L responsibility
and all functions reporting to them.
A proven track record of successfully building,
as CEO, a company to $25 million or more in
sales, with operating margins in excess of 15%.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with ideas on specific
acquisition candidates or a specific sector
to target acquisitions in.
A high margin, recurring revenue business model
that allows a company to create a sustainable
competitive advantage and to become a leader
in its industry.
The ability to build a complete and strong
management team.
A partnership mentality, with a high level
of integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a full-time in-house SEO
specialist skilled in building placements and
website traffic to join our growing Search Engine
Marketing team.
Ideally, this person should have 1-2 years
experience in SEO and/or search engine marketing,
specifically building placements as well as
awareness of and traffic to a website through
social media marketing, press release distribution,
optimized article submissions and viral marketing.
This full time position offers comfortable
work environment in Tampa/Fl. Relocation is
not included. We are interested only in those
applicants that can work in our offices located
in Tampa,Fl.
